Our Student Application is provided below in Adobe PDF format for you to download and print out. Before mailing us the application, please call the school at 386-418-1213 to verify availability of a spot for your child.
If there is not a spot available, you may place your name on a waiting list. Please mail us the application along with a check for $50. This is a nonrefundable fee. If a spot becomes available for your child, the $50 will be applied to your registration fee.
Please be aware that upon beginning school, a $200 supply fee will be due as well. Please call the school for current tuition and afterschool fees.
